DRAFT STATUS: PRE-RELEASE REVIEW
Legal Notice
Source-bounded notices for the current development-stage website. This page does not certify a legal entity, jurisdiction, regulatory status or product capability.
Pre-release and legal-owner confirmation required
This is a working draft for review. The owner supplied 17 Julies Walk, Halifax, Nova Scotia as the company address, but its legal role has not been independently verified. The legal entity name, registration number, governing jurisdiction, privacy role, DPO designation, monitored legal inbox and approved regulatory wording. Those details must be supplied by the company owner and qualified counsel before publication.
Nothing on this page should be read as an approval, registration, licence, certification, legal opinion or representation that a BlueLedger product is available in a particular market.
1. Company and Contracting Party
The public-facing name used in this preview is BlueLedger. A legal entity, registered office, registration number, jurisdiction and contracting party are intentionally not stated until verified. The owner supplied 17 Julies Walk, Halifax, Nova Scotia as a company address; this preview does not represent it as a registered office or establish a contracting entity.
The current contact route is available at /contact. For preview questions, contact@blueledger.ai is shown as an operational address in the current draft; ownership, monitoring and response commitments require confirmation.
2. Current Website and Data Sources
The current implementation includes public educational pages, contact and resource forms, account routes, and ticker-report routes. A report may use the following source integrations where data is available:
SEC EDGAR
Server code fetches and caches Failure-to-Deliver records and identifies the source in the report path.
FINRA
Server code fetches daily CNMS short-volume data where available and applies a cache.
Finnhub, if configured
Optional quote and short-interest requests may be made when the deployment key is configured.
These integrations do not establish universal coverage, real-time performance, accuracy, independent verification, regulatory supervision or a finding of market abuse. Records can be delayed, corrected, incomplete or unavailable.
3. No Advice and No Finding of Wrongdoing
BlueLedger pages, data displays, scores and reports are informational. They are not investment, financial, legal, accounting, compliance or trading advice, and they are not a recommendation, solicitation or offer concerning a security or financial product.
A discrepancy, label, score, anomaly, delayed value or absence of data is not an allegation, accusation, legal conclusion or determination of intent. Users must review primary sources and obtain qualified advice before acting.
4. Regulatory Status and Jurisdictional Limitations
No claim is made here that BlueLedger is registered, licensed, authorised, supervised, certified or compliant with any regulator, statute, framework or standard. The current repository does not establish the jurisdictions targeted, the jurisdictions in which a service may be offered, the entity's regulatory perimeter or whether a product is subject to a particular regime.
References elsewhere to the SEC, FINRA, Canadian or European authorities, the GDPR, the EU AI Act, DORA, market-abuse rules, privacy regimes or other frameworks must be treated as contextual research only. They are not a certification, gap assessment, legal conclusion, compliance representation or promise that a product implements those requirements.
Counsel must confirm the entity, target markets, financial-promotion restrictions, privacy roles, AI classification, outsourcing obligations and any registration or licensing analysis before jurisdiction-specific copy is published.
5. Automation and AI Transparency
The current source evidence supports deterministic data processing, caching and report calculations in the server implementation. It does not verify a production AI model, training dataset, model-risk program, explainability control, human-rights assessment, accuracy benchmark or AI regulatory classification.
Any future machine-learning or AI feature must be described with its actual role, inputs, limitations, human review, correction path and applicable legal assessment. Brand, roadmap and conceptual architecture documents are direction, not evidence that such a feature is live or compliant.
6. Security and Evidence Limitations
The current server includes security headers, rate limiting on several routes, password hashing and production session-cookie flags. Those code settings are not a security certification or a complete control description.
No repository evidence is sufficient to claim encryption at rest, a security audit, penetration testing, SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA readiness, chain of custody, legal admissibility, tamper evidence, forensic preservation, guaranteed uptime or incident-response performance. Do not submit confidential evidence through the public contact form.
7. Content, Trademarks and Third-Party Materials
Website software, text, visual material, names and third-party data may be subject to rights held by the applicable owner or licensor. The current repository does not verify trademark registrations, ownership chain or every third- party license, so this draft makes no registration or ownership representation.
SEC EDGAR, FINRA, Finnhub, HubSpot and Stripe are independent services or data providers. Their names and materials are not presented as endorsements, partnerships, regulatory approvals or warranties of BlueLedger.
8. Privacy and Commercial Pages
The draft Privacy Notice describes the current form, account, database, HubSpot, Stripe handoff and custom analytics behavior. The draft Terms of Use describes current website limitations and intentionally leaves entity, jurisdiction and commercial completion items open.
A checkout endpoint, Stripe catalogue entry, account route or future retail-interest registration does not itself establish an approved offer, subscription, entitlement, consent record, mailing list, cancellation process or issuer relationship. Each release must disclose what is actually enabled.
9. Legal and Security Contacts
For preview questions, use contact@blueledger.ai. Privacy questions may be directed to privacy@blueledger.ai, and security concerns to security@blueledger.ai.
These addresses are carried forward as draft contact channels only. The responsible owners must confirm mailbox ownership, monitoring, escalation, incident process and any DPO or legal-representative designation before publication.
