- server/marketData.ts fetches and caches SEC EDGAR Failure-to-Deliver records and labels the source in the report response.
- server/finraData.ts fetches FINRA daily CNMS short-volume data where available and applies a cache.
- server/routes.ts exposes report and data routes; coverage, refresh timing and availability remain implementation-dependent.
What it does not establish
The repository does not evidence Reg SHO monitoring, broker-dealer supervision, books-and-records compliance, options surveillance, evidence admissibility or any regulatory filing capability.
