Draft status and publication gate

This is a pre-release working draft. It is not a final contract or publication approval. The legal entity, contracting party, applicable jurisdictions, governing law, dispute process, consumer terms and liability provisions still require owner and qualified legal confirmation.

The website preview gate remains in place. The existence of an account, checkout route or product copy does not establish that a product, entitlement, issuer workspace, retail list or subscription is available.

1. Scope and Eligibility

These draft terms describe use of the BlueLedger website, its public educational content, public ticker-report route, contact and resource forms, and any account or access that is expressly made available in a confirmed release. A separate issuer onboarding or retail-access release may add terms, permissions and notices.

Do not use the website to submit confidential documents, credentials or information about another person without authority. Age, consumer and regional eligibility requirements remain subject to legal review.

2. Current Website Functions

The current repository supports public pages, educational content, contact and resource requests, account registration/sign-in, an authenticated dashboard ticker lookup, and a public ticker report when requested data is available. The public report currently identifies its available source and last-update value.

Server code currently obtains Failure-to-Deliver records from SEC EDGAR and short-volume records from FINRA, with optional quote or short-interest data from Finnhub when configured. These sources are not universal coverage, a real-time guarantee, independent corroboration, legal advice or proof of wrongdoing.

The repository does not establish the availability of real-time alerts, issuer surveillance, weekly intelligence, evidence exports, evidence packets, Shareholder Vault uploads, litigation-ready reporting, certification programs or a separate authenticated issuer product. Any such functions require a version-specific release and disclosure.

3. Information Only - Not Advice or a Finding of Wrongdoing

BlueLedger content and any available report are informational technology outputs. They are not investment, financial, legal, accounting, compliance or trading advice, and they are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation or endorsement to buy, sell or hold a security or financial product.

A score, label, discrepancy, anomaly, delayed record or missing record is an observation or a review prompt, not an allegation, accusation, legal conclusion or determination of intent. Missing information within available coverage does not establish that an event did not occur.

You remain responsible for decisions and should obtain qualified professional advice for decisions that require it. Do not rely on a public report as a substitute for source review or an investigation.

4. Accounts and Access

Where registration is enabled, the current route creates an account from an email-style username and a password hash, then starts a server-backed session after authentication. The current repository does not show email verification, multi-factor authentication, password recovery or issuer-authority verification.

Keep credentials confidential and notify the operational contact if you suspect unauthorised access. An account does not establish issuer authority, source permission, subscription entitlement or access to private evidence. The separate issuer-signup and identity workstream must supply those controls before any such promise is made.

5. Access, Checkout and Commercial Terms

Subscription packages, prices, currencies, evaluation limits, free or paid retail options, coverage, taxes, cancellation, refunds, support commitments and entitlements are not approved by this draft. The website must state the actual current status before asking anyone to subscribe.

When a configured Stripe price is selected, a server route can create a hosted Stripe Checkout session and Stripe handles the payment form. A checkout route or Stripe record does not by itself prove that a package is approved, that access is active or that a future retail interest registration has become a purchase. Any enabled offer must present its complete commercial terms at the relevant release.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use the website or any report to defame, harass or make unsupported public allegations about a person or entity.
Present a BlueLedger output as definitive proof of wrongdoing, a legal opinion or investment advice.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls or private routes, or use automated means to burden the service.
Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute protected content except as expressly permitted in a confirmed release.
Submit credentials, confidential documents or personal information that you are not authorised to provide.

7. Data and User Submissions

The current public contact form does not accept uploads. Contact, whitepaper, Academy, ticker-lookup and account submissions are handled as described in the draft Privacy Notice.

No current repository evidence establishes a Shareholder Vault, issuer-uploaded records, private evidence dossier, export chain of custody or model-training permission. If a future release accepts such data, its ownership, license, retention, deletion, security and processing terms must be separately documented.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, visual assets, software and educational material may be protected by the applicable owner or its licensors. The current repository does not verify the contracting entity, trademark registrations or third-party licenses; this draft makes no specific ownership or registration representation.

You may view the public material for its intended informational purpose. Do not copy, modify, scrape, distribute or remove attribution except where applicable law or a confirmed written permission allows it.

9. Third-Party Data and Services

The current implementation uses or may use SEC EDGAR, FINRA, Finnhub when configured, HubSpot, Stripe and Replit-hosted or deployment-configured services. Those providers control their own availability, terms and privacy practices. Source data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable; BlueLedger does not promise that a third-party record is accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular decision.

10. Availability and Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any mandatory rights, development-stage website content and available reports are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, coverage, security, fitness for a particular purpose or a particular regulatory, legal or investment outcome.

No performance, detection-rate, uptime, global-coverage, compliance, admissibility, certification or security assurance is made by this draft.

11. Terms Requiring Owner and Legal Completion

Before publication, qualified counsel and the responsible owners must complete and approve the contracting entity, address, jurisdiction, governing law, dispute process, mandatory consumer language, service-specific liability allocation, indemnity, payment terms, data terms and effective date. Those items are intentionally not invented here.

If issuer signup, retail-interest registration, sample review or paid checkout changes the available service, this page must be revised with that release. Parallel signup and retail workstreams own their flow-specific disclosures.

12. Changes and Contact

The owner may revise this draft when the website, data practices, product release or applicable requirements change. Publication requires a dated, approved version; this page has not been published as a final agreement.
